I bought a 2015 Ford F-350 from this place. Paid 51K for the truck. Being out of state I took the salesman word and specifically asked if everything worked on the truck. He said yes . I asked him for some kind of guarantee. He said that this was a family business and that their name meant a lot . Well the truck got delivered to me. Backed it off the trailer. The radio didn’t work. The mirror lights, fog lights and windshield washer didn’t work as well. I immediately contacted him and told him all the things that didn’t work. He really didnt seem to care but said to check the fuses. I did they all were fine. I’ve spent $900 and 5 weeks in the shop getting the radio fixed plus all the other issues. This place has terrible customer service. They will lie to you and not care. I would never buy from them again.

Purchased a 2018 Duramax Wednesday August 17th and drove it home, parked it all day Thursday, drove it Friday 8 miles to town and 8 miles back, and as of this morning the check engine light is on and its running in limp mode. If you buy here, make sure and test drive it right on over to a mechanic and have it looked over real well.

Salesman was very cold and unfriendly.

My experience was seamless. Was there for about an hr and out the door with my new truck. Jeremy made this deal so easy. NO HAGGLING. I called the day before getting there and asked for the price out the door. Today, same price and was gone in my new truck! I'll be referring anybody wanting a truck to this place. Great guys, no spending the whole stinking day there like all the dealerships! Thanks Brian and Jeremy for making this easy!

If you buy from this dealer, get a third party full inspection. I purchased a 2016 Denali Duramax from them haven’t even had it one month. Haven’t even made my first payment yet, and this thing has constant issues. For starters they sold it to me with no coolant in the system. Lord knows how many test drives it had running on no coolant. Whole radiator had to be replaced within 24 hours of having it. They did right and replaced it. Now 3 weeks into having it the windshield cracked from the passenger side all the way to the driver side. Fuel filter has had issues. Front driver side wheel bearing is messed up. And now it’s leaking oil. Do yourself a favor and pay for a third party inspection before buying.

Dropping this review to 1 star because the GM hasn’t returned my calls to the dealership. But can respond to the 1 star reviews on here.

Update**09/13**

Truck now has a constant check engine light and the whole engine shakes at idle and has lost substantial power past 50mph almost making it undriveable. This dealer is absolute garbage. If I could drop this piece of junk off and get my old 2012 half ton back I would in a heart beat.

I bought a 2017 f250 about 1 month ago. Test drove it and everything seemed fine. It was until about the third week that my 2 rear tires were low on air. Thinking it was the tires got them checked and noticed that the two wheels had been cracked and "repaired" and thats from where its leaking. Now my front driver side is leaking and its also a crack the wheel! How can yall sell a truck like this? What happened to yall safety inspection? Thats dangerous. Now i got to either spend a few thousand on new wheels or get them fixed which most likely are not going to be repairable. Those Forgiato wheels make the truck stand out. Its a shame they are trash and not even safe to drive on. I was really pleased with how the sell went and how they treat the customer. But this is messed up

My first time purchasing a vehicle out of state. The truck was delivered on September 2, 2022. 2014 Ford SVT Raptor. After the delivery guy unloaded it, it was dark and when I started the truck, I noticed the driver side headlight was burnt out. These are the expensive HID bulbs by the way. I informed Rene that the light was not working. His reply was "I checked and everything was good. Let me know what it is". After a trip to the auto store the next day, purchased a light bulb, $166.53 later I found that it was indeed a burnt out bulb. This was my dream truck so I couldn't wait to drive it. I didn't have to drive it long before I felt that the shocks were toast. Every bump would make the truck shake so bad that I had to turn around and park it. I pushed down on rear bumper and the truck continued to bounce up and down like a trampoline. Prior to this truck, I owned a 2012 Raptor and know this is not normal as with any other vehicle for that matter. I found a repair place to quote me a price on replacing the shocks or rebuilding them. Replacement was going to run over $6,000 and replacement was around $1,400, so I opted to have them rebuilt. Before this truck I had to wait for the repair shop to get the parts in (1 week) and then fit me in their schedule (2 weeks out). The truck is still in the shop as of today, Sept 30th. I let Rene know of this issue and he expressed no interest in the bulb replacement nor the shocks. I also noticed the windshield has 2 cracks on the passenger side. It is possible that happened during transit so no harm no foul there I suppose. I have had no other response from anyone at the dealership. My advice is to always hire a 3rd party to inspect the truck if you are not able to travel to the dealership and inspect for yourself.

Update: After sending the notes and invoice on having the shocks rebuilt to the dealership, they agreed to reimburse me $1,500 for the needed repairs, which I agreed to.

Brother bought a 2016 Silverado back in May, two months later the paint was bubbling and peeling off. Send them a couple of emails my self and my brother included, never got a respond. When I was finally able to talk to the guy named Brian I was told to take it so they can have a guy see it. We'll we drove for almost an 1hr for them just to tell us it's a GM issued and they couldn't do anything. It has being two months barely giving 1st payment and was basically told we were on our own. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! wasn't even out the door and the guy was answering a personal phone call. If you are gonna sell expensive vehicles you should take care of them and not try to blame the maker just because google says there's issues with paint primer!

Texas Motorcars was the easiest truck buying experience I’ve ever participated in! Friendly and down to earth guys with some awesome trucks to look at. Thanks to JJ and Jeremy, they made the process run very smoothly and made my family as comfortable as possible during the whole process. Highly recommended to anyone who is shopping for a nice truck.
