I made the reservation in February and a very important point for me was a place to play for smaller children. What I saw surprised me a bit. There was supposed to be a playground, bows for children or play houses. On site, the access to the square was next to the construction of more houses, there was an old beater, a broken swing, a ton of spilled sand (probably a construction residue), a wheelbarrow and a concrete mixer for children on it, and a broken car. The square in the villa is also suitable for renovation, unless someone wants to reminisce about the times of the People's Republic of Poland. On the plus side, the manager's quick intervention regarding the car, we got a new one for the house and the children used the sidewalk next to the terraces. There is a swimming pool, but the water is icy, unfortunately we used it twice for 15 minutes, we couldn't stay longer. Anyway, we'll be back in a few years. I think the owner miscalculated the costs a bit, that's why it looks like this, but in some time it will probably be a beautiful place also for small children. At the moment, I recommend it, but not a parent with children under 6.

Na miejscu dojście do placu było obok budowy kolejnych domków, tam stary trzepak, huśtawka zepsuta, tona rozsypanego piachu(prawdopodobnie pozostałość po budowie) , na nim taczka i betoniarka dla dzieci, oraz zepsuty samochód. Plac na terenie willi również nadaje się do remontu, chyba że ktoś chce powspominać czasy PRL. Na plus szybka interwencja menadżera w sprawie autka, dostaliśmy nowe pod dom i dzieci korzystały z chodnika obok tarasów. Basen jest, ale woda jest lodowata, niestety korzystaliśmy 2 x po 15min, dłużej się nie dało. Mimo wszystko za kilka lat znowu się pojawimy. Myślę że właściciel trochę przeliczyli się z kosztami, dlatego tak to wygląda, ale za jakiś czas pewnie będzie piękne miejsce również dla małych dzieci. Na ten moment polecam, ale nie rodzica z maluchami do lat 6.
