The apartment is pretty spacious and well equipped (however missing toiletteries and toilet paper) however the service is horrible. The owner/manager is rude and unhelpful. In case of a problem where one of the lock somehow got locked with a wrong key she asked us to first leave with our stuff locked inside and then kept arguing for an hour about how stupid we people are, explained she told everything and she can't help. While all she had to is either keep a sticker on lock as it is not in use. Nevertheless, we somehow were able to open the lock back with another wrong key. Yes magic. She was insisting for us to pay 50 euros for opening it. I hope if you stay, I hope wouldn't have to require help.
