I sent letters to them with "resignation from their services" and a pre-trial request for payment - no response. I informed PZU about the situation. They also sent letters - no response from "DUDKA". After a personal visit to the workshop in January, the owner promised to return the money within a week. Today is February 28 - and NOTHING!!!
In all that time they never contacted me to fix the car.
The owner of this so-called "car dealership" can be described as a SCAMMER - he appropriated MY money.
After my repeated interventions, he decided to return the money on March 13. He didn't even bother to say "I'm sorry." A guest without honor.

Miałem czkać na ustalenie terminu. Po moich interwencjach, wreszcie ustalono termin na 18 listopada. Wg zapewnień auto miało być gotowe w ciągu 2-3 dni. Po 5 dniach okazało się, że auto stoi w tym samym miejscu co wstawiłem do naprawy. Nie tknięte!!! Pokrętne tłumaczenia właściciela obiecanki ustalenia terminu.
Ponieważ po kilku tygodniach nie było reakcji z ich strony zażądałem zwrotu 1455,90 zł. Wysłałem pisma do nich z „rezygnacją z ich usług”, oraz przedsądowe wezwanie zapłaty” – żadnej reakcji. Poinformowałem PZU o zaistniałej sytuacji. Również wysyłali pisma – bez reakcji ze strony „DUDKA”. Po osobistej wizycie w warsztacie w styczniu właściciel zobowiązał się oddać pieniądze w ciągu tygodnia. Dzisiaj jest 28 luty - i NIC !!!
Przez cały ten czas nigdy nie skontaktowali się ze mną aby naprawić samochód.
Właściciela tego tzw. „salonu samochodowego” można określić jako OSZUSTA – przywłaszczył sobie MOJE pieniądze.
Po wielokrotnych moich interwencjach zdecydował się 13 marca zwrócić pieniądze. Nawet nie raczył powiedzieć "przepraszam". Gość bez honoru.
