First of all - a shock that after the purchase and driving, they were still open to continuing cooperation so that the customer was satisfied and agreed to return the car on the same day, even though it was Saturday evening and they were after hours. I drove up, handed over the keys, got my cash back and we went back to talking and offering other cars. We agreed that the e46 would be fixed within a month and tested. The problem with the shaft and the previous one with the catalyst and leakage will be eliminated - I left a part of the advance payment and the phone number.
After about 3 weeks, they called me back that the BMW is already done and despite the repair costs, which turned out to be higher than estimated, the price remains as we agreed and the car is ready to be picked up.
I picked up the car, at the moment I've been driving it for about 2 months, I've done 2,000 kilometers on the road and around the city and it hasn't let me down.
