Perfect service! I used the App to get a Red Cab from Riga Downtown to the International Airport today (the driver arrived even 15 Minutes prior to requested time). Took in my Bikebox & Bag. Driver was friendly & very helpful. Reasonable & fair pricing! Greatly recommended! Thanks Red Cab!

I booked by email for my arrival at the airport to the old town and all worked perfectly. Very happy with meeting procedure (name on a board just outside arrivals), car, driver. Excellent. Quoted €14 which I was happy with for door to door service.

Ordered a kid cab to travel with 2 kids, one 5.5 months another 3.5 years. The driver was very helpful and assisted with loading the kids in the car, as well as the stroller. However, the car seats looked pretty dirty and he wouldn’t rear face my little one’s seat, he also said that the seats are very old, um don’t they have an expiration date, or is that just a North American thing?!? The car also didn’t have a TV, as the website states. And though it was not an issue for us, I thought the information on the website is misleading then and it is worth mentioning in this review.

Ordered taxi, said that waiting time will be around 15minutes. After 20 minutes tried to call, no answer, but received SMS that taxi will arrive in 15minutes. Had no patience and ordered taxi via BOLT, that arived in 5minutes after the order.

Doesn't bother to pick-up the call.

The Taxi arrived in less than 10 minutes to Elkor Plaza. Our driver was polite and helpful. Fair pricing, clean and spacious car. Took us to our destination in no time.
Side note - we didn’t use the app. Called straight by the number from the google search. The operator answered with no queues and quickly booked a ride for us

Seemed complicated to book online with RedCab (at least as a foreigner), but calling them worked fine.
