Atrocious customer service. The most mean spirited employee ever. We had separately purchase two bed sheets literally five minutes before; one of us bought the wrong size. The member of staff refused to help us because one of us had lost our receipt on the way to the car. Point blank refused to let us exchange one of our items for the same priced item in the correct size. Her petty parting quip was “buy more carefully next time”. Wow. Employee of the month!

Too expensive compared to lidl. No customer service as their only competition up until now had been Rimi, who are just as rubbish. Long queues and only a couple of checkouts open if you're lucky.
