Grizin hill park

A gread and large park in the region. Easy to forget you are in the capital city. Beautiful view and good walkways. Very popular for running and everyday walks in park, has a nice place for dog training and entertainment.

We visited dog park - it is a bit small, but it is enough for playing and running around. It is like playground for dogos :) Also, it is splited in 2 parts - for small dogs and bigger ones.

This park is one of best park I went.It has wide area for different kind of activities.The foot path,bicycle path,playgrounds for children,play area for pets for whole family.

Nice place to spend time with kids and not only. Good at both summer and winter seasons. Has couple of playgrounds for kids, fountain and a lot of greenery around.

Lovely park. Loads of broad leaf trees, which give ample shade in hot summer days. There is a nice playground for little kids. There is also a dog training ground fenced off. During the winter when it snows, the sides of the hill make for awesome sledding ramps. It is located at one of the edges of the centre of Riga, close to the Purvciems and Mežciems suburbs. Take your kids there. Enjoy a lovely stroll.

Best park in Riga! I have been living near this park for 3 years and it is a blessing. Green and shadowy in summer, fun and enjoyable in winter. Because of little hills it is really fun to have a walk or picnic here!

A great place for kids in summer and winter time!

Great place with lots of nice benches, and some nice dog parks. The entire area has a nice path that can be used for jogging, and you can make variations by choosing any of the uphill/downhill paths. Also right next to a street gym. Just overall feels nice to see people just going about their life there. Bit too close to the substations though.
