This park is a symbol of friendship between the two cities of Kobe, Japan and Riga, Latvia. It needs to be developed and maintained properly as it has the potential to become a very beautiful park/garden and a respectful piece of nature dedicated to humanity.

Small park for short walks, good to go with a dog, but unfortunately do not have a dog park. There is a playground, public WC, couple of benches. There is definitely room for growth for this garden/park.

Kid loves it. You can feed ducks and take a walk here. Small playground in the center
