Received my results online (first with no reference range, just the numbers), was contacted by the lab directly with regards to this matter, everything was corrected and I was able to download all the results once again, full and detailed. I personally want to thank Dace Buža who was very helpful and provided all the info! Now THAT is something I call a very good customer service. Next time I will go there directly, rather than through the 1st hospital (that had a bit of a mess-up in the first place). Thanks again Dace!

Do not recommend! Ruined my trip because of irresponsible service. 21 h after test was taken they even didn't register it! No apologies and no honest policy on site how long it takes

Время сдачи анализов заняло больше чем ожидал из-за персонала, который никуда не спешит и сидит в телефонах на рабочем месте. Медсестра не помыла руки после телефона.
Отдел обслуживания (регистратура) пропускает просьбу ‘отослать чек в VID’ и после повторного напоминания отказывается делать возврат чека. ‘Зачем? Отошлешь сам. ‘
Вообще, стесняюсь спросить, за что я плачу? За сервис или чисто за анализы?

Парковка это вообще отдельная история.... Ровно за пол часа сдал анализы, аппарат не принял чек, а трубку никто не ответил. ( по минутам я успевал), поехал ко второму въезду попросил охрану выпустить, так как не сработал другой аппарат. Я показал фото с зафиксированным временем и попыткой выехать, охране было всё равно, заперлась в своей комнате и сидела. Выбора не оставалось, проехал между шлагбаумом и столбиком.
