(Translated by Google) The renovated library itself is good - in terms of appearance. It could not be said about the employees that well, etc.
Before the renovation, I had visited this library several times and the staff who worked at the time were much kinder and knew how to work with clients.
As before the renovation, I decided to take the books and magazines. The woman sitting in the adult section kindly indicated that the books she wanted to return to the library should be brought to the info corner in the children's section. Everything's fine, I'm taking it. I say that I want to return it to the library ... In an unkind tone, even in spite of what was brought, it was said that they did not need waste paper.
EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN BROUGHT! At least you could look around and select what you don't need, then I'll take it and throw it in the rubbish bin that is right next door! It was a real shock! Then, however, he looked at the magazines and was so kind that something was picked up.
There was a need for printing services and, in the meantime, an employee who did not accept books as a normal employee had taken with other clients. I went to the first employee to ask if the books really were not accepted and everyone should be thrown in the trash, they replied that they only accept new books in good condition. I then took one such book out of my bag and showed it to an unkind employee. Which was then tolerated and indicated where the books brought could still be placed.
I may not be a normal person, but it seems to me that this is not a normal way to communicate with a client.

Do you think that we could not first let everything that has been brought to be shown, choose if there is something valid, and then say the rest - sorry, but unfortunately we will not need this material? I think that would be logical. Instead of immediately, even in spite of it, untangling with "We do not accept waste paper" ...

Damaged spiritual in the morning. Super.

Man liekas, ka tas tik būtu loģiski.

Sabojāts garīgais no paša rīta. Super.
