Now called Tower caffe. Very rare place for early breakfast in Riga. Delicious and fresh. Very polite staff and wide menu including a full Englisf breakfast, porriges, pancakes and salads - standard and vegetarian choices.

Great coffee. Nice lunch offers, great breakfasts, sandwiches and fresh bread. Only withdrawn closed on Saturdays and Sundays and early closing times overall.
