Great shisha place that always accommodates to guest taste. There are 2 public floor that you can chose from were to sit. Always comfortable. Another great advance of this place is that they do serve food here. Price wise it is not expensive, more average cost, but it does taste good. The have wide selection in the menu. Alcohol is also served here.

The place seems fine except for the fact that the workers spoke so little Latvian or English that we literally ended up getting something other than we ordered TWICE. Awful experience.
