Experienced yet again a horrible service from a girl workind Sunday shift at Spice. She first of all has no idea how to make coffee - the milk is heated up SO hot it is not possible to drink the coffee, have to wait at least half an hour for it to cool to a normal drinking temperature. Secondly she is very rude to customers! A lady asked for a damp cloth to clean the table which was dirty and she basically threw it in her face and looked quite proud of her behaviour. I believe there are many people who are more suited to work here and Costa should consider letting this person go unless they want to receice 1* reviews on a daily basis!

It should’ve been my worst expireince! It ended up being one of the best in LV, had two drinks made wrong, for different reasons, nevertheless staff was friendly and changed the drink both times with smilies and apologies! Well done!!! Great customer service!

Customer service at its best! Friendly and professional baristas. I couldnt read the name tag of the barista who served us but her customer service was extremely pleasant (Annaluis or something like that).
Highly recommend Costa Coffee in Spice not only because of coffee but of staff

Drinks are always well made and delicious, friendly staff and amazing baked goods

Toblerone latte literally tastes like chocolate, 0 latte. Piparkuku latte same - chocolate drink, not latte. Mugs are big, that's the only good thing about this place. Not comfortable tables, too soft sofas, you like a 5 years-old kid trying to reach the table with not enough height.
