Very old, nasty, and dirty bus. Looks like no one made a cleaning for a long time. And also it smells terrible, because heater is working and bringing up all the dust.

Absolute disappointment with the shipping company. The flight from Warsaw was delayed for an hour, in Lublin they were waiting for someone again for an hour. And in the end, the bus left the border without waiting for me and my two children!!! The bus is in a terrible state, the tables are broken, the coffee machine does not work, it is very cold on the second floor from the window. Disgusting trip!

Bus came an hour later than planned. We reached the destination where we had to change buses but since the bus was late, we were told that we’ll have to wait four hours for another one (or so we understood because everyone spoke russian only). Called them by the number we found on their website, got screamed at by an old dude 🙃

The bus was a hour late and there was no announcement in the bus station about it and no received informaation in my Phone or email about it. After that we had to wait for another hour for some passenges in the middle of nowhere. No announcement in the bus about this delay either. I missed my ship.

Worst bus company ever. No space for legs. With outside temperature of 37 degrees, several passengers went to drivers and ask to turn on A/C, but ac was so weak so did not help a lot. The bus itself is very old and nearly disintegrating while driving. Drivers speak only Russian, so by being stopped by police in Germany were not able to communicate and required assistance from passengers. Just awful experience.

Pay attention to the company Ecolines is a fraud company, the bus didn't go to me because of the conflict with Ukraine, I had to cancel, I never got the money (376 €) back.

Worst bus company in Europe I've known so far. They overcharge insanely for luggage. I traveled from Riga to Kaunas for about 4-5 hours, my ticket costed 25 Euros and they charged 30 for my guitar:)
