Crowded and noisy due to construction going on and a lil confusing to know which way to take but of course you can always ask someone around you, the people are friendly and the probability of meeting someone who speaks English is high. Mini shops are available both outside and in the station to get snacks, water , tickets through the counters etc. Not so many waiting chairs so on a very busy day you might be on your feet. Lastly the restroom is paid for at 0.50cents

Clean and tidy place with a couple of shops and vending machines. The waiting room inside has usb outlets. Not that much room. If the station is packed you might end up waiting outside where there are not that many benches or just standing around.

Riga bus station was busy, next to it was construction site to it was a bit chaotic. However staff was very helpful and friendly. At one pint the lights just gone at the station it was very dark and uncomfortable.

I didn't like it very much. It's difficult to walk through the snow and there are no places for pedons. It's difficult to find the bus you have to take ( especially if it's Flixbus)

A little bit trickier due to the renovation works in area. However well marked areas and voice notifications in Latvian, Russian and English. Stuff however is not so proficient in lamguages, basic Latvian knowledge is a big plus. There are storage lockers, WC on secon floor (0.30€). Few sitting areas and limited spaces.

Nice and warm inside with nice and warm people, most helpful, too. Coffee is really good.

It's just fine. In the outside area - many locals are still ignoring the "no smoking" sign as well as the "don't feed the flying rats (pidgeons)" sign. Some ticket office people are unpleasant and unprofessional - involved in their chit-chat rumour talk about their friends and not paying attention to the customers and forgetting to print the ticket. Cleaning lady is good, very thorough in her job. The luggage storage machine is nice. Could wish for a bit more room, but is still useful. The Narvesen shop has one terribly bad shop-worker.

The bus station in Riga located near the main market and railway station and few minutes walks to the old Town.
It's difficult to walk through the snow and there are no places for pedons.
