One can read responses from staff here to understand treatment you are getting. I don't really need to comment it on my own. If they for any reason don't like you, they feel justified to be rude to customers, instead of trying to negotiate a misunderstanding in a way everyone is happy.
And you either let us play and provide a decent service, either politely point up policies we seem to be violating to and politely ask to leave like any proper place does. There is no excuse to just be rude.
UPD: You realize we called you beforehand and asked twice if that was ok? It's not a customers problem if person on your official phone hasn't warned everyone else.

One of the staff ladies is extremely rude. She was constantly angry and snapping at us for asking her to do her job, which was simply handing out shoes. Absolutely awful service and I would never consider to visit this place again

Overall good. Sadly Pool tables are quite old and it's too loud for conversation type of evening, otherwise nice place to spend some fun time with friends and family.

The place is good for both families with children and friends, good service, cheerful music. The only thing which we didn't like there were no towels for wiping the balls out as if due to the covid-19 thing but isn't it even worse that everyone touched those balls without cleaning them?.. Put the paper towels at least!

Very lovely experience, however, the cafeteria staff was very rude and were screaming at me and my friends - will probably visit again with hopes the cafeteria staff is going to improve.
