Very badly organized and runed office. Cannot reach anyone on the phone for the second day already, and very rude delivery staff.

The office was very pleasant and the staff were very friendly. I got a parcel from my home and as I should clear customs and had to do it online . But it was completely in latvian and I couldn't do it. The staff here helped me do this they are so kind and friendly. Thank you 😊

Customer service is unhelpful. No attempts to solve customer's issue. Shipped parcel with UPS via Omniva. UPS states I am not their customer, although, they do deliver the parcel.

Guys helped me to pick up my order since it was impossible to do that in Russia. For those who are escaping tzar Russia - the service is absolutely great. Unfortunately, that will be impossible to do that since I don't have a temporary citizenship yet. Anyway, thank you so much, guys

Nobody answering on the phone during two hours

Parcel arrived in Latvia from UK in less than 24 hours and delivered next day without issues. Thanks.

Estimated delivery time - 9AM - 6PM, and then delivery guy just arrives at 4PM without even calling beforehand.
2 stars because delivery was fast indeed.
