A must visit street/area in the Riga Old City. If you are in to historical buildings and architecture this is one of the best! However in my opinion it's much better when you go with a local guide whi knows much about the history of the buildings rather than you just walking through and enjoying only the exterior beauty. There's a Art Nouveau museum as well in this area of you wish to check out.

Really enjoyed wandering around this area. Some of the buildings are really beautiful and I enjoyed finding interesting details to photograph. It is in the details that these buildings are so spectacular.

Albert and Elizabeth Ielas are 2 streets in Riga with beautiful and interesting Art Nouveau buildings. Each building is unique with it's own character and symbolism. Definitely worth the 25 minutes walk from the old town.

The street is pretty, free and with a stroll. There is a museum and shop nearby which focus on all thing art nouveau.

This is a small street with amazing buildings on both sides. One can just stand and get amazed by each of them. One of the nicest places to visit in Riga.

There were very cute cats sleeping in front of the building. The architecture is both beautiful and scary. Definitely worth a visit :)

Did not go inside but extremely beautiful. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Try the lonely planet art nouveau walk!
