Have booked trip to Crete
Travelling 2 adults and one child .
Started from outbound flight : have tried to explain that child is disabled, but not physically and doesn’t require wheel chair but still assistance at airport due to disability . Their replay was that if he doesn’t need wheelchair then we can’t provide special assistance ! I was trying to explain that he still is disabled and entitled to assistance at the airport and all airport where we been provided in the past ! They still were stubborn and replaying that this is impossible. After I gave up and said ok, book the wheelchair and had to explain in airport my son needs, staff at airport was absolutely fine and understanding .
2. Bus just dumped us 300m away from hotel and drove off . Without making sure we checked in properly etc ! I have went on holiday with many companies and none of Reps left until customers actually reached check in desk at hotel !
3. Rep meeting next day at 4pm, we made sure we made effort to attend to this meeting, so we can find more information regarding excursions we can purchase and more details about those excursions. My son spent day by the pool and he was bit upset and tired, considering he is also disabled . He started to cry and to be loud . Tez tour rep said, please can you remove child as I can’t continue meeting . There were me my mum and my son and another 2 people. I didn’t like his attitude but I have asked my mum to take my son back to the room . Then he calmed down and wanted to return back to the meeting and they did. Then he became bit loud again, not upset, just being the child. But Tez tour Rep pulled unhappy face and said he can’t talk like that . His attitude stank ! My son had to leave that meeting again .
Then rep carried on talking about excursions bla bla bla . I wasn’t interested in some of them but once I was interested in I start to ask simple questions, such as how long is actual bus trip to the place, and how long is walk from the bus to destination, how busy are excursions boats, how many approximately people on them etc. I have received answers such as, not long , it’s ok etc, few people. For me this kind of information was vital as I had to decide if it’s be for my son ability and if he will be able to handle walking in 32 degrees heat, climbing hills up and down . As answer not long and it’s ok can be different for different people !!!
Instead of being clear with his answers he was trying to flog us car hire and scare us that we shouldn’t do things ourselves as it’s not safe !!!

We booked every trip directly using tripadviser website, reviews from other tourists . Hired the car that way too. We received more information that way then from someone who actually get paid for that !!

3. Last issue was, we lost my sons very expensive headphones, possibly on the bus, I have asked him to ask if anyone found those . He said he will . 3 days later I have texted him asking for any information as I haven’t received any kind of answer, found them or not. As logically if they found then I won’t go buy new ones but if they haven’t yes I will go and get new pair for my son ! I have send him message asking if he deliberately ignoring us. His reply was that

Добрый вечер! Пока просто не получил информацию. Жду ответа от транспортного отдела. Как только получу ответ, сразу Вам напишу. Я никого из гостей не игнорирую. Просто пока нечего было ответить. Не люблю просто отписаться.

Guess what ?! Holiday is over and I still haven’t had more information from him !
I end up asking on our way back to the airport and had reply that they haven’t found them !! Very proactive .

This holidays was first and last one booked through tez tour !
I wil advice people research before they book any holiday trough that tour agent !

Russian owned travel agency. Bad service. When abroad no communication in case of emergancy or any issues. Better plan on your own
