The pictures online were definitely much nicer than reality was. Our room was super small, which was still okay.
The Breakfast was simple and continental: bread, cheese, sausage, some fruit and cereal. simple apple & orange juice.
But the totally worst are the beds. We could feel every piece of metal and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in any position. I strongly recommend to choose a different place if you have problems with your back.
After all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, on a quiet street with walking distance to most of the sights and the Old Town. A couple of nice restaurants and one of the many Double Coffee (supernice café/restaurant) nearby. Very nice and fresh breakfast. Super spacious room for a really nice price (stayed in a Junior Suite for 5 nights). A little disturbing with the noise from the kitchen when preparing breakfast early in the morning above our room, but overall we are very pleased with our visit and would absolutely come back!

This hotel is ok. But a bit limited. It's a 25 minute brisk walk out of the town centre, up in the edge of the "art Nouveau"area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. Our room was quite small. There were no comfy chairs to sit on but there would have been no room for them. The quilt was a bit small and didn't quite cover the bed area. The hot water wasn't working on our last day. It smelt a bit of drains. Breakfast was included but somewhat uninspiring.

I enjoyed staying here. Price is moderate. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are clean and warm. They have everything required. Staff is nice and friendly. When I come back to Riga, I want to stay here again.

The room was tiny and I couldn’t even stand up in half of it due to the very low sloping ceiling. The shower is not a shower, just an attachment to a corner bath, so can’t shower properly. The radiators didn’t work and when asked to move due to shower and radiators, told, “no they didn’t have any other rooms the same level”? Well any room is better than a broken one. Disgraceful service, unhelpful and rude and I would not recommend it. Very basic hotel, poor service, unhelpful staff, tiny (unsafe) lift, tired old small rooms with uncomfortable beds. Breakfast although good, is in another building and just not good enough to redeem the rest. So unless you want to lay awake on a lumpy, dirty old mattress, listening to the other guests argue in Russian, whilst being ignored by the staff, then this is the place for you. If however you want to stay in a half decent hotel or even middle standard hotel then don’t stay here. Perhaps a lower footfall will make them evaluate their hotel and attitude towards customers.

The location of the hotel is great, but the room was dirty. Also very uncomfortible bed. There were also no tea, cups and a kettle in the room. Breakfast was good for that price. Short notice, that the street next to the hotel is busy on weekdays.

It's not easy running a hotel in covid times. These guys make it look natural, with amazing breakfast bags delivered to your door. And they're so helpful! Highly Recommended!
