I had so many positive feelings after visiting this museum! There you can try some hats on you and have fun. The collection is average size, but very entertaining to watch how important were hats before and what role they have played.

Very extensive collection of hats. More than reasonable entry fee for the experience. My friends and I had a wonderful time.

While somewhat hidden this is a great museum... If you like hats, or speciality museums.

If you're looking for world hat's, then you sure find them here. Not a huge museum, but decently priced.

If you don't find the concept of world hats interesting then you might want to skip this one, but personally I enjoyed going there, if only for the concept itself

Small, quaint and with the loveliest staff, this was an unexpected treasure during our trip. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy something a bit more quirky or unusual. It's not expensive and gives a fascinating glimpse of hats of the world.

A little small, a little basic, but ultimately, very fun for the idea itself. It's exactly what the title entails - hats, hats and LOTS of them from all around the world. If you want to read every single label (fortunately also provided in English!) you will spent easily an hour or two here, and some of the hats are truly astonishing and fun to behold. The big chest from which you can put on, try on and take selfies of yourself with some of the hats is a nice touch. If you like quirky museums with a strong theme, this one hits just right.

A true hidden gem of a museum, where each hat is accompanied by a story, all of which are translated into both English and Russian. One can get interesting insights into most unexpected aspects of human history from these amazing hats and their equally amazing stories.

Very pretty neat place to see the variations of hats around the world. Amazing motifs and decors on these beautiful collectible hats from cultures one may never even hear of or seen.

INCREDIBLE. My favourite museum in Riga. You really feel like you’re travelling the world by seeing all of these hats from different cultures. So strange, colorful, creative. A must.
