We were there and could recommend this place to have nice city views. Just don’t forget to have cash for entrance.

Outstanding! It looks like Empire state building! It's really magnificent. You can keep looking at this building but won't get tired. You pay to enter. 6 EUR per adult in July 2022. You take fast lift to 15th floor. Then climb the stairs for 2 or 3 floors. The view is mind blowing. You should spend some time here.

Great view but not ideal for a skyline, 6€ is a bit too much for its value, can be avoided.

Good view, lots of space to move around and a full 360 degree view of the city. Lift takes you to floor 15, then you walk the final 2 floors.

Amazing panoramic views of the city. Worth noting two things. 1) they only accept cash 2) it's much colder than ground level up at the top in the winter. Well worth the €6.

Very nice building, close to the city centre with amazing view to Latvian capital city Riga. Person in the entrance does not speak english, but she will show you the instructions how to get to the highest floor of the building. Elevator get you to the 15th floor and then you need to walk 2 floors by stairs. Toilet is available on top. There are few info tables with history of this building and also of some buildings from the city (TV tower etc). Entrance is 6€, cash only.

Nice view. Entry fee is 6€, get your cash ready (actually WC at the train station and this were my only cash only places in Riga). Elevator and then about four fleet of stairs to climb.
