Avarage facility , rude owner , won't recomend.

We visited this facility on Sunday 12th of July . The facility offers avarage range of soft play set up. Has a couple of slides and climbing area , soft area for toddlers. The fee at the weekend is quite pricey you have to pay £10, however you can stay as much as you want. The huge minus for the soft play to have their toilet located outside the actual play area, in the shopping mall, kids have to go outside with supervison of the adult. The soft play offers to hire electric car to have a ride around for 5 or 15 minutes for additional pay , wich I think is quite cool. As my 7 years old were playing for 2 hours I observed kids all sort of ages riding around this electric car. My daughter spotted it and was excited to give it a go. Therefore, I said to her we will hire the car on our way out. After 2 hours play we decided to head out . The lady on reception said that the cars battery is out of carge , but she will replace it and we can have a go, then the owner came out looked at us and said to the girl not to bother as my child will not fit the car and above the weight range for this vehicle. Turned around and went to have a snack with her own kids in the front area. I was insulted, observed the 9 years old riding this car 20 minutes before, had to explain to my little one that she can have a ride. She bursted to tears. My daughter is quite tall, however she weighs only 35kg , the weight range for this kind of cars are usually up to 40kg , therefore she could had 15 mins ride without breaking it, I guess because it was end of the day they did not bother to change the battery.

Overall disappointing experience, we won't come back.

Good entertainment for kids, enough place for parents to wait, good ventilation. There are also vending machines and cafe near by.

Great place for kids! A lot of fun for different ages. Nothing to do for parents, though.

Great place to spend a couple hours with your family

Great place for kids to run. Very friendly staff.

Great and clean place to spend a rainy (and not only rainy) day with kids. Big soft play area and quite a few arcade games. They also have wending machine for hot ad cold drinks and some snacks, which is an added bonus.
