Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga

Location of this hotel is wonderful! Near old city, view from higher floors is beautiful, so decided to book a room here with my wife overnight.
Once checking in (Superior Room - 2 Twin Beds) agreed that delivery of the breakfast will be arranged to the room, payment was done for this.
Tried to call by internal phone in the morning to the front desk, room service (two separate lines) and as well as to land line (outside call). None of the three attempts were successful. Once checked out front desk personnel tried to convince me that I had to call more. My comment was that I do believe that there is facility to check from which room number you had a call and call back once you're available as I tried to reach you triple ways. So, asked for breakfast refund as service was not provided: it is 36 EUR+delivery costs (something like few EUR, do not remember now). Front desk man told me that at the moment he can not say me for sure if it will be refunded, so it is not refunded after few days as well as nobody approached me to close the issue, in general can admit that personnel has zero wish to solve issue and provide any solution.
Another "nice" thing is that there were long hairs (presume woman) in the clean towels.
I am travelling a lot (mostly work related) and thinking about this hotel money wise is one of the worst ratio (money/quality) in my life (visited around hundred of hotels). The only advantage is that you can enjoy city view from the top of the building, if it is not required for you than I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, in the heart of Riga and few minutes walk from the old town and the view from my superior room was amazing. It has an excellent modern spa and it was free of charge since I booked a superior room but‼️ the room was very small! The carpet and furnitures are old as well as the bathroom facilities. I absolutely don’t recommend you having breakfast at the hotel. If costs 20 Euro per person and it is just average!
The hotel has a bar up in the 26th floor. I recommend you visiting it, even if you weren’t staying in the hotel because it has the best view over whole Riga.

One of the best and Beautiful hotel to stay in Riga. In walking distance to the old town. Staff are very nice and attentive to customer needs and helpful. Plus always smiling making all guests comfortable. Rooms are fabulous. Skyline bar on top is gorgeous and specially the host and the staff there again very welcoming and nice. For the weekend night club downstairs has some good music Over all as a solo traveller I had good time. Highly recommened👌🏼

This is very good place for one of the Radisson stays, even the room in main tower is quite small and did not have proper air conditioning in hot summer. However, rooms in the new block are much better! But if you survive the hot airless night, then you can enjoy a delicious and rich breakfast - take a time to eat. In the late night go and admire the Latvian stars in Skyline roof bar.

Excellent world-class hotel leave underground parking. Beautiful view of the city from your room. The breakfast buffet is very excellent. I met a group of Danish female soldiers who came here to strengthen Latvia’s defenses against the potential Russian invasion.

Nice hotel, every thing looks good and is in order.

The location is also really good, close to the park and the old town area.

The staff is friendly and polite.

The breakfast buffet was in a cozy area with many delicious choices. I got a freshly made omelet.

The pool area access was not included in the room booking though. It normally is in my experience.

I have stayed at this location multiple times for work. Due to booking I used a stand room for my 2nd to last trip and then a superior room for this last trip. The superior room label is not very honest. My standard room was far better and cleaner in every aspect, if you need a desk for work good luck using this option.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Riga with excellent service and well-appointed rooms. I will stay here again. The value is good for the money, and it is a comfortable location to stay in. The breakfast was superior. My only issue was the lack of drawers to unpack into. I was staying for 5 days and I prefer to not live out of my suitcase. However there was no place to put smaller items that could not be hung up. It was a minor issue and I managed but it would have been nice.
