Worst customer service experience. The coupons that company offers are SCAM. I can live without a 10€ discount. But in my opinion, if you promise something, you should deliver. The customer service is very polite, but does not help to resolve the problem. Feel sorry for the drivers, it's not their fault that the company works that way. Using Yandex from now on.

Horrible avarage company. Ordered food and never got to see the food itself. As per customer service, order was left outside, courier did not neither called me or informed. Terrible courier, irresponsible company that just cares about profit. Hence companies like that will stay as an avarage company. People be aware and better use Wolt!!!!

Horrible taxi. Dirty, stinky old cars. Premium is the same, its a total joke. Farmers level of service.
If someone from Bolt is reading this - guys, card are super dirty, service is horrendous. You need to introduce business class taxi.

Extremely bad service. Wanted to visit National Library, but by mistake entered the address of Center Library (not latvian citizen). When driver arrived, specified the address and corrected it. They credited 24 € because of changing the address in the beginning of the ride, although the same route would have been 10 €. Definitely look for an alternatives in Riga, customer service is arrogant and making suggestions like: maybe try to Google first.

The worst customer service ever. They do not reply you when you have an issue with car renting. The keys were not in the car when I entered it. Awful experience! Never had it before with other applications.

Bolt Food has Horrible customer service and esitamed delivery times are often wrong by 300%!!! And support doesn't care, they don't adjust this absurdity in any way. Have a one star you deserve and don't care about.
