Riga Islande Hotel

Amazing place. Prices are not too big, there are good views from rooms. Rooms are clean and modern, there are everything you need, including kettle. Hotel has several places to eat, the bar on the roof has great views of Riga old town and bridges, food quality are good and prices not too big. We were staying for 2 nighs and bought stay with breakfast. Breakfast selection was great.

This is the best hotel for its price that I have ever stayed in. Come here with realistic expectations and you may get pleasantly surprised. On the day of departure hotel staff helped order a 4am taxi and prepared a special take away breakfast. Also the bed was extremely comfortable 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Good quality in very good price. Free parking, room clean, not far away from old town.breakfast good. Rooms quite "standard" but spacious. You can expect much less in this price.

Clean and very comfortable. Great choice for breakfast. But why don't hotels in Riga provide plugs for the wash hand basins?

That’s not for sure 4.5 star hotel. I would rather say 3 maximum. From the begining, there were not any information about extra 50€ we had to give to the deposit in due to some mini bar. I hope we will recive the money back… Other thing is our room. Offer from booking was supposed to be with a nice view and yes we have a view! View for the parking… I praise the lord, because we didnt have to pay for a breakfast! Terrible is not enough to describe it. You can’t get even fresh bread and veggies… Wifi signal at our room doesn’t exist, I had to use my data. I can give 2 stars, just for a quite good location, nothing else. Avoid this place as hell…

Restorant vould be more taisty… it vas BbQ ribs as special offer- but not so good.

It was a very interesting experience, so I have arrived earlier than the expected check-in and receptionist told me that my room is already available but I can proceed with an early check-in only if I pay 50% of the room cost per night (to check in 4h earlier).
I have been travelling a lot and I have never seen a 4 star hotel charging for an early check-in if the room is already available. The only hotels that do it are usually 1-2 star hotels, which charge NOT MORE than 10% of the room cost. I hope the hotel will notice and work on this.

Lovely hotel, the staff, the food, the scenery, the hospitality were all spot on! I enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be back!
