I called to book an appointment and the lady who answered was shockingly rude. She was very short, cut me off when speaking. The entire 2 minutes felt like a massive inconvience to her. Im shocked. I dont want to fault Dr Aluko for her front staff but that is a terrible representative for this office.

A follow up: went to my appointment with Dr. Aluko. Im sure she is very skilled in her craft but seemed more concerned about the bad review I gave. This review is about one of the front staff she has, not her. The staff seemed nice today. Perhaps just caught the rude lady at a bad time last week.
Either way I will be looking for a new Doctor. People who are sick and seeking help dont need the hassel when booking an appointment or being called out because they left an honest review.

This place is terrible. The front staff are very rude and do not care about the patients coming in. They have zero paperwork on covid symptoms and protocol and falsely claim they are an AHS run facility.

Would highly suggest finding a different place to go!

I go see Dr. Aluko at Amaris Medical. She has always been so great with me. Very personable. Asks me how my day was at work and if anything is happening in my life. The ladies up front have always been helpful and friendly when I come in or call in to book. Working in healthcare is very hard nowadays and you never know what’s on the other end of that phone call. Just be kind and get straight to the point and it makes everyone’s lives easier. I appreciate all the care and kindness this clinic has shown me since I was a kid. Thank you! :)

Went to this clinic for the first time for an initial consult with one of their doctors, and went through the questions with their nurse. One of the questions was about what I do for exercise, as there usually is, and I said that I do not do any formal exercise. My days are busy chasing after my baby and toddler and running around, so the nurse and I agreed to put down 'no formal exercise'. Literally as soon as the doctor came in the room, he read that portion of my questionnaire, and told me directly I need to start working out regularly 'to take care of that' as he points at my mid section. I am not a small person, but I'm not huge either (size large), so this was not appropriate for a doctor whom I've never met, nor had the chance to speak with, to say. It might be true, but that should never be the first words out of someone's mouth. Will never return to this clinic, and I hope better etiquette can be taught to the doctor and front desk team.

Have been seeing Dr Quaye for several years now. Have never had an issue here. The reception and admin staff are fine to deal with and I've never experienced anything less than professional behaviour. Although, in overhearing some of the patients that they have to deal with, it wouldn't surprise me if sometimes they were a little short with people. Delays happen, and sometimes appointments run late, or emergencies arise, but that's par for the course with any medical office. A lot of people don't seem to understand that. Especially over the past couple of years.

When I do see the doctor, he's efficient, listens, and when required makes the appropriate recommendations or referrals for future care. I have zero concerns and will continue to be a patient here.

Awful. Waited four hours to see the doctor - when I had an appointment. Got called a liar when I brought this up. Doctor refuses to call me when I’ve scheduled two phone appointments. Won’t prescribe me medication I’ve been taking for over ten years, literally need these medications to survive. Awful.

Dr Quaue is patient and listens throughly. He takes extra time which in turn delays some apts but I am happy

Been attending this medical clinic for years, felt it time to leave a review. Clinic is up to date and appears clean every time I am there. The waiting area is extremely small and at my last visit I felt very uncomfortable being seated in the waiting area due to COVID and being unable to properly social distance. The front end staff has always been very short and abrupt with me. Almost out right rude at times. I have been a very easy going client who rarely visits their establishment yet they always seem to make you feel like you are completely inconveniencing them. A smile goes a long way ladies. My experience with my doctor has been touch and go. Most times my issues were addressed but if you are looking for a place where they truly listen to your opinions on your own health care then this isn't the place for you. They make their diagnosis and that's it case closed. No suggestions for alternative solutions, missed giving results and is to focused on chit chat at times. They will refill rx's without seeing I am over due for labwork by 1.5 years. Long story short attention to detail, bed side manner (by both doctors and front end staff) are lacking here. While the clinic's general appearance might seem up to date, the way they practice medicine and how they interact with clients needs some updating.
