my first visit to this dental office. I was greeted immediately. staff is very friendly. the assistant and dentist were both very nice, friendly and accomodating. They took time to explain the outcome of my exam and set up a treatment plan to fit my schedule. I like that they follow the fee guide. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dentists, but I felt very much at ease and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs dental services.

The dentist and hygienist's care was thorough and complete, that was excellent. I was very upset to get billed extra for two additional X-rays that I did not know were not covered in my plan; also I was not made aware of this prior. Be sure to look into this and into your plan before proceeding, unless you want to pay for this out of pocket. I feel a bit "taken" after this experience and will be reconsidering whether I return to be sure.

Went here because they follow the AB dental fee guide. Glad I did as this is a fantastic dental office. Polite and efficient staff. They're on time for the appointment. Everything about the dental office is top notch.

Best place I've ever been to. I work out of town with a demanding schedule. And even with them being super busy, they were able to accommodate me with multiple appointments. From checkouts to cleanings, to even the dreaded root canal they made it work in my schedule. The front desk is awsome. Very helpful and friendly. Love them. The hygienists (I've been with a few) are really great. Gentle and friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist is very calming and really good. The best work I've ever had. And the price though still expensive, is the cheapest. It's a fair price. No gouging here. You know what the price is before cause they run off a guideline. Love this place.

As a new resident of Stony Plain, I had a crown pop off and needed a dentist ASAP. After checking Google Reviews, I decided to try North Stony Dental, and I am very happy I did! Great Staff! They do everything they can to make it the experience a good one and really kept me at ease. I'm actually looking forward to returning for a cleaning now :)

This was my first dentist visit in a very long time due to very high Dentisit anxiety levels ! Even though this visit was just a check up, I was very impressed and felt comfortable from the time I walked in to when I left. They kept me informed of what was needed. I won't mention the last dental visit I had at another one located in Spruce Grove. But they should vist here to learn proper " Bed side manners "...not only was I given an outrageous estimate for required dental work but with zero reasons why. At North Stony Dental, Dr Tai was very detailed and discussed what was required and what could be optional and why. I am actually looking forward to getting my dental work done early in 2023. If you have any Dentist anxiety I fully recommend a visit to North Stony Dental

Dentists has done awesome work. all staff is very friendly, I liked about them when they managed my appointments according to my time, that was really helpful with kids.

I hated dentists but Stony Plain Dental has made me rethink it. Had to have a root canal and it was not that bad. The staff took great care of me and made sure I was doing ok. Highly recommend.
