Eclipse Restaurant + Lounge

Walked over from HI Express cause they gave me a 10% coupon. I ordered the prime rib sandwich with red skin mashed potatoes as my side. Service was a little slow but when the sandwich came out it was a pretty presentation but most importantly it was delicious. I was hoping for a much bigger sandwich as I was very hungry and have a extremely early flight tomorrow but it was satisfying. That left me room for dessert and I had a cheesecake with a berry topping it was very good. I really wanted smoked meats for some barbecue but this satisfied me not too heavy for an early night and an early early flight I'll come back here if I stay here again.

Hubby and I were out and about Leduc area trying decide on somewhere for dinner. It was 8:45pm and a lot of sit downs were closed. We stumbled across Eclipse and boy are we glad we did.

The restaurant was quiet, but as soon as we walked in greeted by two friendly gentlemen at the bar. We found our seats and began looking over the menu.

The martinis we ordered were DELICIOUS! When we complimented the gentleman (who I believe was name Rana) he made a sweet joke and said he "made it with love" and you could definitely taste it was!

We shared the clubhouse and fish and chips. My hubby has been on the road the last few days and said this was the best meal he's had in days. Everything, from the sandwhich to the Cesar salad to the fries and fish. Everything was amazing and tastes so good. The fish was nice and crispy. The sandwhich was well built and garnished with a cherry tomato.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere although almost closing time. You can tell Rana really loves his job and is truly great at it! Thank you for the unexpected experience, it was a great evening paired with great food!

From coming off of the elevator, we greeted from the bar and told select our own seat. We chose a booth in behind the seating across from the bar.

Menus we're brought along with a couple of waters.

Ordered beverages and our meals. Food was of good quality and well presented. They didn't have any beer on tap though. My wife ordered the house red.

We decided to order dessert and chose the cheesecake. We each ordered a portion and we received very healthy portions too boot. Next time we'll order one and share.

The staff were we're most attentive and professional and the manager thanked us for coming.

Very poor dining experience. Out of three meals only the stir fry was good. Fish was stale and very salty. Burger did not come as ordered - should have had no lettuce, tomato, or onion. No flavour to the meat. No coleslaw came with either meal. To top it all off, the waitress spilled ketchup over two of us, the table, chair, wall and clothes and barely apologized. No real effort to please the customer. When we went to pay I asked about compensation for the poor service and was given ten percent off! About $7 bucks for a terrible avoidable experience. Only plus was the volume of food. Our two visits here - first and last.

One of the Best Steaks I have had in a restaurant !! And ice cold beer with great service.

Such a great restaurant! My husband myself and out three little ones decided to come to the holiday in for mainly the pool for some relaxation family time after the holidays and eclipse is right down stairs.
I just ordered the Buffalo wrap for me Mac and cheese, chicken fingers and fries and the grilled cheese and fries for the kids I asked to have it sent up and only my food was charged like wow that’s honestly the nicest thing! The kids food we’re amazing portions too! We all loved the food!! Thankyou guys :)

Pleasantly surprised the quality of food was excellent and the service was spot on. Definitely worth while to stay at the Holiday Inn for the convenience of a restaurant on site.

Sandy was excellent. Personable, efficient and funny! Really added to our breakfast experience. A Gem.
