Had the Fish and chips from the Restaurant. When I received the meal, the fries we cold and the fish was not fully cooked. When I tried to return the meal I received a hassle from the staff. They did not want to refund me the cost of the food. For some unknown reasons, they did not know what to do. No one was talking to me and refused to Communicate to me on what is going on. I left before I became more upset because of the lack of service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I am very disappointed in what happen.

This location is newer and nicer than others. We got a suite upgrade and enjoyed the extra space. The jet tub in the bathroom was clean and relaxing. No microwave in the room, but there is a small fridge for drinks. The hardwood laminate floors are a nice touch as carpet can be less than ideal. I would definitely stay here again. Don't forget to tip your housekeeping staff.

Book this hotel last min, Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Lobby is somewhat dated as I have been coming here for a number of years and its never changed. The rooms are clean with all expected amenities. Lobby has a breakfast/lunch restaurant and then there is a lounge for evening dinner. You can order room service if you like till 10pm. Prices are a bit high as you are close to an international airport. They have shuttles if needed. The cost for the room wasn’t over the top for its location and will definitely stay again. Across the highway is a new shopping Center so definitely helps the reasoning to stay in this area.

We booked the Lancaster Ballroom for our wedding Reception and also had guests utilize accommodations at the hotel for our wedding in September 2022. Cassandra and her team went above and beyond and made the reception unforgettable. Everyone loved the buffet dinner and poutine bar (midnight snack). They cared about the little details, were eager to help during the event, and made clean-up a breeze. Guests loved having accommodations so close to the party.

Located just near the Edmonton International Airport and 30 min from Downtown Edmonton, even though we drove from Calgary, for me is the perfect location to attend a conference. The hotel provides with everything we needed, conference room was very comfortable and adequate room temperature. Our room was spacious, bed was clean and really comfy. The housekeeping staff was professional and helpful. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to either attending business meeting or visiting Edmonton.

The experience of the hotel pretty good. The bar/lounge is a description of poor. The staff are unmanaged and the kitchen is terrible. Half the menu is not available. The staff had no idea what was available

Not a great stay at all. And let’s talk about the food 🤮everything is way under cooked almost to the point of getting sick. You tell your server and they give you attitude for saying something. The hotel cleaners are very rude and bang on your door even though you have a do not disturb sign on the door knob. And yell at the door asking “when you leaving “ lol like leave me alone. Anyways they need a upgrade in the employees they have working at this hotel. NOT IMPRESSED

This is a great travel hotel. It has a unique lobby akin to a giant hall which is quite interesting. It has all the amenities you would require, staff was friendly as well. Close to the airport with a convenience store along the route to and from the airport. Rooms are immaculately clean. Recommend definitely.
