This is a middle class hotel that wants to be in the high class hotel status. The room was neat and clean. As was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Housekeeping staff are not very observant as there were several black long scuff marks on the walls.(See photos). There is not a complimentary breakfast in the morning. (Many lower priced hotels provide a hot breakfast for free). In the morning, when I went to check out, no one was at the front desk. This was approximately 7AM. There was a little box to drop your key card into, and then you left. In my opinion, that is very poor service. I might stay again, but expect a higher price for not much for service.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Good size working desk. Room has microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Hotel offers free airport shuttle. Customer service was just fine. WiFi wasn't working. Hotel is close to the airport but it's located in a remote area. It's only good if you're just planning to stay here for the convenience of the airport shuttle.

The hotel is simple. It has a pool to share with the family. Parking is free. The room has very comfortable beds. The floor at the entrance of the room is very cold and you can feel the noise from the room upstairs at times. The staff was always friendly.

Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and laid out cleanly. Bathrooms are large and functional. This hotel doesn't offer a lot of frills but the pool was nice and it was the perfect layover spot near the airport. Great service by the staff.

A good spot to stay for a night or two if you need to be close to the airport. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. The only thing is that I noticed a few sketchy people who were hanging around outside late at night, but they made no trouble.

Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport provides excellent service with great prices and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport (Which is right across the highway, less than 5 minutes away). The restaurant is good and has lobby access, as well as leisure facilities.

Close to airport. Good house keeping. Good bed/pillow.
Restaurant is a 3/10 (server didn't know what gin and tonic was and slow service. Food is not great at all).

Top notch hotel! Stay here exclusively one/two times a month depending on my work schedule. Excellent service, clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms. Hot tub and pool are open until 11pm, so even on those late fights you still can relax and enjoy a swim before you turn in. There's a gym that's open 24 hours as well. Check in time is 3pm check out time is 12pm.
