Rated 4 just because the tenting area is just one stretch of sites and you cannot drive your vehicle to your campsite. There was designated parking for vehicles. We were lucky because our site was the first one closest to the parking area and we were by the lake so it was a really good spot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay even if there were loud and inconsiderable campers a couple of sites from us on our first night. The place is generally quiet though and really nice. If it wasn't for the smoke from the wildfires in BC and the rain that weekend, we would have stayed one more night.

Provided a great family experience. Running water in the washrooms and decent sized sites. Washrooms could be maintained slightly better as we arrived on a Wednesday and there was no soap ever put in the washroom until we left on Sunday. The year prior the washroom stall door lock was broken. $1.00 for warm shower and $29/night and $10/bag of wood.

Decent bathrooms and the boat launch is good. Stay as far over to the reeds and away from the dock as you can and the launch is good.

I came to fish the lake for my first time. Sadly the wind was too strong for my pontoon boat. But I'll be back.

Fun place to fish, haven’t stayed at the camp site yet but if you want to catch some healthy looking fish and walleye that fight I recommend a small boat and do some jigging with minnows, you will be satisfied with your catch.

We stayed a night in the tent camping. We were the only ones in the entire tent area that night, which was excellent - but if there had have been others, you would have to walk right through every single campsite to get to yours. You also have to park in the designated area and walk all your gear into your site, which can be a bit of an ordeal if you have a lot of things to move. It would be nice if they got a wheelbarrow or wagon near the parking area that folks could use to hump the gear in/out.

Other than those things, the people running the place were very nice and the fishing was great. Washrooms were clean and have running water. Pretty good spot to spend a night or two.

Nice place to fish but the wife of the couple that run the campground could you a lesson in public relations she was very rude to my father and myself, I tried to stay nice but one can only be pushed so far so when started to five her the same treatment she then said lots of people are rude to her.....maybe if she didn't talk to people rudely then maybe they wouldn't be rude back.
