I recently purchased LP chicken wings and thighs online and picked it up at the Farm. Wow! Everybody at the dinner table praised the taste and the large portion! Real tasty chicken for sure! Worth the drive!

I regularly buy their birds at Calgary Co-op. The chickens taste incredible and are large. There's a gigantic flavour difference between these happy chickens and the standard factory hens. I buy whole birds to break down myself (very satisfying) to freeze the meat and turn the bones into stock. Pricewise, whole birds are a great value and cheaper than even the factory chicken trays.

I purchased a case of Lp whole chickens. Three of the wonderful birds made it onto my Keg BBQ that night to be mesquite and apple wood smoked, then roasted. Amazing! These birds are the real deal, no soy water fillers, almost zero shrinkage and the flavour was outstanding.

Had tried to create a time and place to meet for delivery. Asked several times what the costs were over email with no response. Then on a phone call conversation this guy tells me 9$ a pound. I decide I don't want to spend 100 dollars on chicken. Buddy on the phone gives me attitude and tells me I have been a hassle and to not bother him again. FINE WITH ME BUD! You could have avoided a hassle if you told me when I first asked.

Sometimes I'll stop by to buy a chicken or two and I like to ask them all sly, "How fresh are these?" And they always respond with and enthusiastic, "Farm Fresh!" and then we laugh, but I tend to laugh a little longer than's comfortable, so then we have a long kinda sigh and then I just say, " Thanks for the chicken," and leave.

I bet they look at each other and say, "What's that dude's deal?" after I'm gone.

Yeah, I'm a little weird, but that's not their fault. Five stars!

Price wise this is nominal option, the chicken is fresh and certified humane.

Bought one of your chickens at Safeway in Marda Loop Calgary. Roasted last evening for dinner. Best chicken I’ve had in a very long time. Glad someone is still raising “real” chickens.
