Tim Hortons

Horrribleeee Service!! It’s about today June 28th around 11:57 when I was out for work getting an ice coffee and a Bagel with herb and garlic cream and butter !! I got a Plain bagel with anything on it I stood by went inside I asked the lady about it she was arguing with me !! Amazing thing is a sensible person can understand that there is no way of taking butter and cream cheese off the Bagel as she was arguing that it was on it! I left it on the corner letting her know that they have an amazing service!! Heading on work famished!! I would have given negative of 5 if possible !! And if I want a plain bagel I would go to Walmart better !!

Every Tim's should get themselves an Emma. She was fast, upbeat, smiling - just the type of face that can make your day brighter. Awesome attitude and work ethics!! Location itself is pretty cozy and nice. Parking lot can be a little crowded.

I find the coffee is really inconsistent and not very flavorful at this location. I've noticed a big decrease in the quality at all Tim's over the last year but this one in particular

Not sure if they are short staffed or not but took 3 time to try and get my order right and then when asking to get fixed having the girl at the till tell me that’s what she did and showing her she didn’t. Gets very frustrating.

Your order will be correct I'd say less than 40% of the time and if you'd like it corrected well you better not get your hopes high. I think they do it just to mess with people at this point.

The service here at Tim Hortons was great very fast fast and friendly great place to have your morning coffee

Purchased a medium coffee this am Dec 4/22 it was the most disgusting cup of coffee ever had from this Tim hortons or any Tim’s. Tasted like molasses!!!

Generally very good service but depending on time of day the drive through can be slow. I believe this is from large orders being place in drive through instead of in store.
