For Brunch, the selection is great; something for everyone. Allison was a terrific server.

Had the buffet breakfast here about a week ago and the selection was great, service was excellent and the entire experience was wonderful. I was served by Neil (Lionel) and Martine, and both were very kind and made sure I had everything I needed/wanted. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar and very much enjoyed the entire experience! I would absolutely go back the next time I’m in Banff.

We dined at the 360 dome experience for a special occasion. It was 4 of us and we enjoyed brunch. It was one of the most delectable experiences my group has ever had. Neil was our server, he was swift, professional, and entertaining. He kept the mimosas and food coming and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, of course. This was a one-of-a-kind experience and I highly recommend it. Thanks for this special experience!

We stopped in for brunch at the vermillion room. The brunch had a huge variety of foods, vegetarian options as well. Pancakes were great, the fresh whip cream was absolutely amazing!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
This brunch buffet is absolutely worth it for the price, top quality food with a great variety.

Food was outstanding. The short rib flavour profiles and presentation was sublime. The beef tartar was perfectly seasoned and accompanied. And the desserts, wow!!!! The chocolate torte and the praline pastry was amazing.The ambience was so classy, my wife and I joked that were we eating in the Titantic, stunning environment. You can also check out the castle afterwards and see the remarkable decor.

We loved it! To the point that on our second visit I couldn't help and order the short ribs for the second time... everything we tasted was absolutely amazing. Our server was chatty (definitely in a positive way), there's great ambience. I'm truly surprised this place doesn't have better rating.

I'm not sure why the reviews here aren't higher, we had a lovely experience! We ordered the escargot (a little disappointing, needed more garlic and butter), the beef tartare (so amazing), cheese and charcuterie (so amazing), scallops (so amazing), the burger (so amazing), and the cheese and pasta side (so amazing). That's a lot of so amazings.

The profiteroles were also fantastic :)

I'm horribly full, and very content.

The service was also prompt, attentive, and really really great (thank you, Christen!).

PS. Try the ginger beer.
