Service and food were amazing! I had the organic wild salmon with Greek salad and tasted awesome. Bonus was it’s not busy!
Their cream brûlée is highly recommended! They have prime rib specials on weekends and everything else were just fantastic!
If I’ll stay at Banff Park Lodge again, I will for sure have my meals here.

The quality of the food here unfortunately declined during covid. The prime rib dinner was missing the yorkshire pudding, the meat looked liked it was steamed, and very unappealing. Such a disappointment. The service was extremely slow considering that there was only 2 family dining on a saturday night.

Breakfast buffet price was ridiculous at $25, food was just like any other breakfast buffet. The 2 person tables were also pretty cramped together, could barely move the chair.

Waiting for a table 20 min. Restaurant is empty. No one acknowledges or greets us. 5 servers walking around lazily. Lady In front of us booked a reservation for several people and even though reserved the tables aren’t set. We decided to go elsewhere.

Great place to stay!
Rooms are relatively spacious. Amenities are reasonable. Shower system is great and bathroom is nice, overall.
Interior of the Lodge is beautiful.
Parking Garage: If you are in an SUV, be prepared to pause your trunk before it hits a pipe. If you're a very tall person, watch your head in there. Aside from that, it's an extremely convenient place to park.

Had breakfast at Crave Mountain Grill for the $22 breakfast buffet. Very little food was prepared when arriving, about half the food trays were empty so we had limited options. Service took very long, we were not checked on at all… The pancakes and bacon were not tasty, very dry. Essentially paid $22 for a glass of orange juice and some froot loops cereal.

Very dissatisfied. The overal spread was good but eggs were dry, cheese was dry .. coffee was disgusting 🤢. We sat for a while before finally being directed to the buffet. When the bill came they added 18% because of the “ holidays” when I said something about it to the manager she replied “ yah thanks for the feedback” my bill came to $167 for 4 .. do not eat here
