Fresh and hot food but in my opinion the front counter lady could be a bit more nicer and welcoming..

Service was absolutely terrible. Staff complaining to customers how busy they were. No break in 7 hours. Seriously you had not been open 7 hours.Order was screwed up. 3 family's in there when we were there. Amazing the 2 workers had time to go out back.We had just drove fir 6 hours with kids. If your so unhappy with your job,find another

The food is really quite good to be honest! However, Kaitlyn really needs to improve her customer service. No greeting at all when she's ready to take new orders, she just stared at us with a blank face for 10 seconds. Rolled her eyes when we handed her our coupon. When we politely asked whether if we could split our bill, she simply threw up her hands and said "well, I Don't have the time". It's perfectly fine she doesn't want to split our bill in half. But being polite about it isn't that hard, is it? 😕

KFC is always delicious 😋 this was one of the stops on our way home from Drumheller. We stop at this KFC Stetller it wasn't very busy at that time so the chicken was nice and hot.

Absolutely terrible. Cashier was extremely rude. They didn’t even have chicken to be served. Said it would be a half hour wait. When I looked at my order. I got snapped at. Wasn’t even asked what dipping sauce I wanted. Cashier kept rolling her eyes. Suggest going anywhere else in the town. Went to A&W and they were so sweet. Legit just wanted a quick meal after work. Here from out of town for work. Extremely rude and not prepared. Told it was cuz we just missed the dinner rush. It was 5:30pm.

This place is a joke. Your name is literally Kentucky Fried Chicken, but at 5:45 on a Tuesday, makes chicken to order that takes 30 minutes. On top of that, both the lady taking our order was extremely rude and off-putting, and then when my girlfriend checked her order, an older lady from the back snidely said "everything okay??" and rolled her eyes... my girlfriend got popcorn chicken and they didn't even ask her about dipping sauce, nor did they include any, and the food was cold. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I went to A & W, which is sad to say the best dining experience I've had so far in Stettler. 👎

Also, the roof was leaking in 2 place so much in the entrance, that there were two 4 litre buckets almost filled with water, and it smells like sewage. I own this establishment, I'd be snapping my employees into shape, in fear that a health inspector would shut me down.

I love going there and just seeing the people
