Great service, quality coffee,clean .

Great service! They also put a ton of whipped cream on the drink very thankful for that!

We appreciated the service and the latte and the atmosphere. And after trying a few other coffee shops in town, I'd go back to Second Cup Cafe again.

Ran out of regular milk (let me know after I had paid for my order), was deterred from ordering food after seeing the cashier put her bare hand into the bag of the customer in front of me, and grab the food side of the tongs (I know it doesn't feel like it, but COVID is still here)... Might as well have picked it up with her fingers, and they have lids that no way shape or form fit the cup sizes they have... A main component to a to-go coffee place. I don't blame the girls there as this is clearly a management issue.

Was completely ignored when trying to order. Finally got to order after the workers chatted about personal lives. Waited 20 plus minutes for one drink. I had to remind the workers what I had ordered and finally got my drink after 30 minutes eventhough it was pretty slow in the shop.

Milk had curdled when stirred in the coffee. Didn’t notice until I had a mouthful of curdled milk and was down the road. Rather unpleasant

Open till 6:30pm the staff advised us so as it was only 6pm we ordered coffee.
No drip coffee available they told us! Seriously, no coffee at Second Cup? So we had to purchase a more expensive Americano instead.
Then to top it all off we told we were not allowed sit down as they had just cleaned it. We were advised to go sit in the basement mall instead!
Passed by at 6:25 and all the lights were off and the doors closed.

Unbelievable! Might as well go to Tim Hortens next time I’m in Banff!

Nice fresh brewed iced lattes from espresso. Good service and friendly servers.
