Went through the drive through. 8/10 times my order is wrong! Today I asked to add on a large ice tea at the window and she declined. She said there was too many people in drive through. I drove around..... there was 4 CARS!!! Great customer service. The other day, my order was wrong again. Never fails to disappoint 😞

It's been disappointing to say the least. We get coffee there daily and most of the time it's ok. Tonight we had return the coffee not once but twice, the first cup was lukewarm and the second time it was a bit warmer but still tasted old and they just added a bit from the new pot, yuk. The tall blonde working drive thru needs a attitude adjustment by the boss, we were not disrespectful but just want to get good coffee that we pay for.

Whoever was working the food handout at 930 should be ashamed of how she treats customers. Older lady, didn't say boo as she stuck her hand out holding my drink. I'm putting my stuff away and also I'm half deaf because of plugged sinuses and I look over and have never felt so awkward. Didn't say one word the entire time! Even when I asked for ketchup. Just because she may have been having a bad day doesn't give her the excuse to act like that to anyone. I was nothing but friendly.

Morning staff during the week seem to be the most incompetent workers I’ve seen in any of McDonalds I’ve been too. Rude, slow, and I never get my order as I ordered. (Seriously, how can a coffee take 8 minutes?! And then not even a double double?!)

Avoid breakfast at this location before work.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend staff are usually fast, friendly, and don’t screw up my order. Despite writing surveys, nothing has ever appeared to have been done in the last year I’ve been going to this place. Thank god Wendy’s is doing breakfast now, service with a smile!

I tend to get parked at this location, but I am always getting fresher food than the other locations we visit. I also find that the accuracy of my orders are much higher at this location. So if I have to wait a little longer to get fresh food and the correct orders, I do not mind at all.

Almost every day, I use their drive through twice and so far, every time, I’ve been treated well and provided with correct orders. The employees there are very friendly and polite and always have a great mood which I feel is contagious! Keep up the good work. I’ve only used walk-in once and it took way longer than the drive thru usually would but otherwise it’s a great place with some nice employees. Keep up the good work! There is most often parking available to the front or side of the McD.

As McDonald's go, its pretty good. I've had many worse ones

Update Nov 2022: I see it's listed on google as closed.... and I get that there's short staffing, but stop advertising 24 hour drive through if you don't have it!! At least cover or take down the signs.

Easily the worst McDonalds I've ever dealt with! Slow service only to be given an incorrect or uncompleted order It's a disgrace even by fast food standards, I'm fairly certain the staff are selected to be incredibly incompetent! Such a shame.
