A decent pretzel store. They bake fresh pretzel here. But to me it was a bit too doughy for my liking.

Used to regularly visit Mr. Pretzels. Yesterday ordered one salted pretzels. Surprisingly the size seems to be reduced but price remained the same. Not sure it was intentional or error. Will continue to watch.

The service is regularly slow and when you ask for something they regularly say “5-10 minutes” to complete an order on slower days. Don’t think I’ll give it another chance until they adjust their processes.

After a long time had pretzels. Ordered sweet nutella pretzel. It was yum. Freshly made, perfectly done with good amount of nutella on the top. Last time tried salty pretzel but couldn’t eat much as I’m a low salt person. Having a sweet tooth everything that is sweet and yum goes to my heart. A good experience overall.

Now changed to Mr.Pretzels, the pretzels continue to be amazing, freshly made and the customer service is amazing! I don’t know the name of the worker that helped us and even asked us how the pretzel was once we took a couple bites while standing in front of the place but she was very sweet!
