Lots of parts in stock as well as new bikes all the time incase an upgrade is what you are looking for. Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff! We are kind of new to mountain biking and didn't want to bug them all the time with with what may have been silly questions. We never felt rushed or unimportant. Great shop! We've found our Go To shop for all things bike related! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would

Top notch, one-of-a-kind bicycle shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth the drive into Devon from YEG. Judy and Pepper are very approachable. They asked about my goals and intentions, and helped me choose a mountain bike and other bicycle accessories that would fit my needs. As a beginner rider, I felt very comfortable asking questions and exploring my options. 100% recommend.

In the midst of the pandemic cycling surge and the supply chain shortage, my bike was taken in and returned quickly. Excellent workmanship on my peculiar drive train, and a wonderful vibe in the shop. If you're not having your bike serviced by an airplane mechanic and a provincial champ, do you even care about your bike?

I stopped into Shift Happens this afternoon, and dropped off my hardtail GT Mountain bike that was having some issues shifting between gears. Within just over an hour, the folks called me back to tell me my bike was ready to be picked up! I was amazed. Hopped on my bike and it shifted through every single gear like BUTTER. Better than it ever had honestly. The repair only cost me $30, AND they had tightened my headset and some other hardware on my bike free of charge! To me that was just above and beyond! The headset isn’t even CLOSE to the area I was having problems in and they noticed an issue there and fixed it! Talk about attention to detail, and taking pride in your work! Just for your comparison, I had also called United Cycle in Edmonton, they had quoted me $35, and said it would be OVER A WEEK before I could even get my bike looked at, let alone fixed! If you’re looking for the same great quality work, from some friendly, and knowledgeable bicycle mechanics, I DEFINITELY suggest making the drive out to Devon to see these guys.

Thanks again folks!

I have been biking roads near Devon, and passed this shop multiple times, before giving it a try this year. After a lots of riding last year, and a crash on my bike, it was in need of some attention. The staff here was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. I have already put in a few hundred km's since they did my maintenance. It feels nice to be out on my bike again, thanks for help.

Brought my bike here to fix another shop's mistake. They did everything they could and got my bike rideable again. Had to go back 2 weeks later because the crank came lose and they fixed it no questions asked. Worth the drive from Edmonton for sure.
