First time at this store and I must confess that I love the way staff interact with the customers. The courtesy, friendliness and the assistance offered to the customers are top notched.
The products are all very good and very affordable. I will surely be back and highly recommend the store. Keep it up...

I dont mind the store just bummed they dont carry their own brand of chips in my favorite flavor. No name cheddar bacon. The no name chips are only 1 dollar a bag for big bags I always bought ruffles but thought I'd try them. There is so much more flavor in the no name chips then most top name brands oh and a 3rd or less a bag. Yeah no question on what chips I buy now.

This store is great. It's got what you expect although it's a little smaller, so bakery and deli items have to be brought in.

My one and only problem with this store is one of the older cashiers up front, Brenda. Her passive aggressive attitude and indifference to the well being of customers is absolutely jaw dropping. We were in line and the excessive sideways glances she kept doing with us to try and shame a pair of customers whose card was declined was just awful. Don't just stand and deliberately make the situation more difficult for them. Help them put their items in the cart and tell them that you can hold the the transaction so they're not stressed out trying to sort out the issue. Provide good customer service. Don't wait there limply and make them ask you so you can let the line get longer and make them feel worse. We all knew exactly what she was doing and it was absolutely shameful. It was wrong and I regret not speaking up in their defence when I had the opportunity.

I don't know who hurt Brenda, but she's clearly dead on the inside. If I continue to shop here, I will wait as long as I need to avoid going through her till. I don't need her kind of attitude.

Otherwise, it's a good store.

For a small town grocer, Independent has everything you might need. The produce section is well layed out and everything looms nice and fresh. The bakery section is well stocked and a wide variety of breads and pastries. The store is clean and organized , shelves are always stocked and neat. They have a section of home goods as well. It almost doesn't matter where you shop, prices are up everywhere.

The store was nice and organized, employee I asked for assistance pointed me to the correct location.
We will shop there again.

Very pleased that I was able to find all of the same products that I get in our Atlantic Superstore back in Nova Scotia.

Always my number one choice for my go-to local grocery store. The staff are always kind and helpful, the produce is fresh and stocked. Great prices and lots of great selection including a large “natural foods and organic” section.

Overall a good store. As intended, very convenient. My only real discomfort here is the mood that the employees give off. Not too happy to be therw it lookds like
