Bought paint from them and told them it was for my deck. In about 6 months the paint was peeling off in large strips. Now I'm having to scrape it all off and repaint the whole thing.

Their quality used to be top notch. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful I'll give them that. The last two times we have went though our experience has been poor. Our one project ended up costing us more and taking a month longer than it should have because the wrong size of tin was ordered and our order wasn't even put through the first time I went in. They insisted it was our fault after 2 times I told them I needed 18ft sheets. This last trip we picked up posts and planks and every single one of the planks are bowed and one even fell to pieces off the lift, the posts also look like they were shaped with an axe by hand and are not straight one bit. Once upon a time they cared about their quality products now I just don't see it.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, if one doesn't have the answer, they will source it rather than just bs or blank stare.
