This is my favorite pet store in town, and it's my dog's favourite place too. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Whenever I go in they always greet me and my dog and will usually give him a little treat. They have a really good selection of products, lots of different kinds of treats and food and accessories - and they give really good advice about their products too.

I can never find a person that can help me with the fish. I have asked for help. A person will say they are getting a staff member but no one comes to help. It's been a little frustrating. It has happened more than once. I have been trying to get two more fish for our fish tank. Staff have been helpful with the cat food and hamsters .
