I have known the owner and her cutie dogs since the store opened. Watching this store grow and evolve has been a delight! I photograph dogs for a living and get a lot of products from companies and for testing so I want for naught. Despite that I can always find something unique and cool here and always pop in with guests and visitors to look around. The grooming area is open and visible from the street which is very important to me and will likely make the drive from Bragg Creek to have my new Afghan puppy groomed here

Our Saskatchewan mutt was welcomed with open arms and freshly baked treats when we wandered in. The store is beautiful, the staff is so kind and helpful and they bake treats right in store. There is something for all dogs there and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality. Next time we are in town we will definitely be stopping in.

Disappointed. I am all for supporting local, but not for price gouging. Expect to pay double on anything you purchase, and not be allowed to make returns.

My experience - it was freezing, so I went into the store to buy some boots for my dog. The lady serving me was friendly and helped to size the boots. I went to pay. $126 (!!!!) and the lady made it clear that there were absolutely no returns. Feeling sorry for my dog, I accepted the cost. Afterwards, we went to the park, and one boot went flying off immediately. I looked online, and the same pair of boots were less than $60 directly from the brand (and free returns - in fact, they encourage you to buy two pairs and return the pair that don't fit). I have emailed the brand for further direction, and the boots I purchased are too big for my dog's feet. Feeling foolish for not purchasing online.

Cute store and really great staff! I got above and beyond service and my pups were very happy with their treats!

Super friendly staff, excellent selection of treats and toys for your furry children. Homemade cookies that are healthy for the dogs, as the ingredients are listed right in front of them.

This is a one stop shop for all your fur baby needs. Freshly homemade dog treats, lots of good selection on leash, harness and clothing. Our scruffy puppy is now a handsome happy puppy. This store has it all, friendly and helpful staff, great product, especially stylish winter sweaters. When we're (doggos included) visiting Banff or Canmore it definitely my go to store for treats and fashion:):)

Pleased with dog grooming quality and the dog seemed very happy with service/wants to go in if we walk by now.
