Tim Hortons

I have had good experiences with this Tim Hortons. Orders are completed quickly and are correct. Never a long wait in the drive through. There is one young man who works here in the late mornings who is a literal ray of sunshine, he is so friendly and upbeat and also has a good fashion sense. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

This store is always so unorganized! Staff didn’t know how to enter a can of coffee I wanted to buy , ordered a coffee and bagel . Waited over 10 minutes for the bagel and had to remind them twice that I was waiting for it . By the time I got it my coffee was like warm . Must have been at least 8 people working and they couldn’t get the orders straight . Someone should get these people organized !

I went in there yesterday at 9 o’clock, I ordered a couple things then I proceed to order 2 sausage patty’s with cheese but before I could even finish the girl cut me off and immediately stated they don’t serve breakfast items at that time. Well I didn’t clue in cause I was flustered so I asked my husband as he worked and managed a Tim hortons also used to work at this one. It was a lie she just didn’t want to cook me some … poor customer service! Very disappointed.

Terrible service. Their drive through must be good, because their indoor customers don’t even get seen. I’ve tried them several times to give them another chance, but not once did I have a good experience there. It’s a good thing there is a gas station attached, at least get coffee in that building somehow.

Could not eat bread on sandwich, it was so hard, had to toss it.
Wait staff was very good,but no joy on food. Coffee is Tim Hortons, great everytime.

I'm a huge fan of Timmies, but this location falls short on their food quality and selection! Very often out of certain donuts, and their hashbrowns are quite often stale/overcooked (rock hard).
Staff and service are awesome!

Super slow drive thru, to bad there isn't another tims around. Food is a hit and miss here.

It’s very rare they get the orders right. Hubby & I just ordered the same thing, but on different bagels and I got something completely different. Reading a screen should not be hard and yet they struggle with it. Tim Hortons in general needs to up their training game so these kids aren’t always being yelled at as a result of easy to mitigate mistakes.
