Costco Wholesale

One of my go to places on weekly basis. Love their inventories. They have varieties on breads which I personally like. They do have Halal meats sometimes. Very quick check out procedure. Plenty of parking. They are very very busy on the weekends.

This has to be one of the busiest Costco's I've ever been at. On the Saturday we attempted to visit this location, traffic was backed up onto the street (people waiting to gas up) and the parking lot was packed. We went at 9am on a Sunday instead and it was almost as busy as the day before. Next time I'll try a weekday instead.

I was so disappointed for the attitude cashier had today. I only bought 4 items including 2 clothing and dog food today. When I get to check out, the counter is so dirty. I didn’t want to put my clothing on the counter, so I just left them in cart since I only had 4 items in total. The cashier gave me the odd look and asked me put things on counter. I was so disappointed about this kind of attitude. Even with my explanation, she still saying I should put everything on the counter. No wonder the self checkout lining up. I should’ve went through self checkout.

Kudos to Preet and the Manager for doing their best service when we returned some items.

Your knowledge on how to make returns effective and efficient is applauded. Reduces stress to us customers.

Relatively neat and organized the Rockyview Costco. Good gas prices and some decent prices based. Expect a 3-400 dollar bill. The store needs a revised layout, especially closer to the tills. Not a grocery store.

There's only a couple little things I didn't like about Costco. A lot of times I don't grab anything from the aisle closest to the tills cause it's usually really cramped because of the people waiting in line at the tills. Also I don't like when they put displays down the middle of the freezer aisles, it's usually potted flowers and it causes the freezer aisles to get jammed with people and makes it hard to get through the aisles at times

My fav Costco in Calgary region. I saw a line in there and they marched 6 more cashiers out and the line was gone in under 10mins. Great service. Friendly staff. We got amazing under cabinet lighting! Now we can see all the stuff we got at Costco

The cashier was very nice and offered us help with our boxes and with finding the loader, however the loader was very unprofessional and rude, she continuously acted as though we were troubling her however it was her job and we offered to do it ourselves as well. At the end of our interaction we thanked her numerous times to which she ignored and showed attitude. We love costco so it hurts to say one employee ruined our experience.
