The name of the campground and a Google search saying it had a heated pool peaked my initial interest. It had power on site which is nice. They had a spot to fill up water if you needed it.

The pool was as warm as any of the glacier lakes in AB. The liner was coming off all over the pool. There were 50 kids jumping in and throwing toys around.

I killed about 5000 flies (they looked like house flies) the first night. Odd seeing these type of flies camping...but I'm not an expert on bugs.

There is no mention of trains on the website (that I saw). We counted about 15 trains between 2pm and 11pm. They run all night and are about 100yds from the campground. If you're a light sleeper...you're prob not gonna sleep well...or at all.

The playground is fine. There is one spot where there were some exposed screws sticking out of the little train.

We only came for the pool but we only stayed one of the two nights we paid for. Pretty dumpy place and many better spots out there.

The lady at the office seemed nice and we had no issues with her.

We really enjoyed our time at this little getaway close to home. We had site 24, which was super private. The hosts were so friendly and wonderful with the kids frequenting the little store for slushies, treats and even toys. The pool was also a hit!

Beautiful campground, nice layout, well kept sites and cool amenities. The owner was so kind and very accommodating. Only had time to go out for one night, but will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!

Thank you Krystyna and family. Your commitment to ensuring your guests enjoy their camping experience is commendable. Registration was simple, campground was well maintained, and the added benefit of the pool was a life saver with the kids with rising temperatures when our a/c unit malfunctioned. We'll most definitely return next summer.

Just wanted to say how Absolutely Amazing this family, friendly camp site is with a huge plus of having a nice, clean outdoor pool. Also the store there has awesome prices and isnt over priced like all the other campsites ive been to.The new owners are so friendly, caring, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be coming back here every year. Thank you for the Amazing experience. 😊

This is hands down one of our favourite places to camp. Extremely family friendly, large private lots and a pool! Owners are lovely and accommodating. Great place to make summertime memories!

For being so close to town it is an awesome option!
Downfalls: no water at each site but you can use their fill station, the train can be a bit loud for sleeping kiddos.
Perk: nice sites, group site options, pool and park. Staff was kind and fire wood was pretty good quality 👌

Will be back :)

Love this campground. The pool is nice for the kids and it has a nice playground too. The sites we've been in are treed and private (14 and 19).
