Amazing treatment and service once again from Skin Notion! I had a chemical peel and it was a very relaxing experience and I received a great result too! Kim was very professional, informative and knowledgeable.I have been seeing Dr Nguyen for over 10 years now and although Dr Nguyen quite often runs late it's well worth the wait! I would never go to any other clinic for my treatments and surgeries as Dr Nguyen and his staff are all very competent and wonderful to deal with. Thank you Kim for another great experience.

I honestly think one star is too generous for Dr Nguyen and his team as they are extremely unprofessional. I was attending the clinic to receive treatment for spider veins. During the consultation with Dr Nguyen and his nurse, he asked me to pull down my pants (not weird as the spider veins are on my legs), however, the door was wide open and everyone walking past could see straight in, people in reception and the waiting room included, so I said "the door is wide open though?" to which he responded to me "well close it then". I found him to be un-personable and got the impression I was just another "body" walking through the door, this feeling grew throughout my consultation. None of the sites that Dr Nguyen injected were sterilised first. He and his nurse spent the entire time while he was treating me gossiping about another staff member, that she brings other people to his parties and how he's going to have to let her go, blah blah blah. They both acted as if I wasn't in the room with them. When he was finished he told me that I would need to return for one more treatment, which I never returned to complete because of the whole experience. Honestly the way I see it, if he's going to treat someone like that while they are conscious image how he treats you while your under anaesthetic.

Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time as they were running behind. I left to get a bite to eat and called to ask them if they were on time. I was assured they were so I came back right away and was made to wait another hour. I was then taken in to a room where I waited to see the nurse for 45 minutes. Numbing cream was applied as we chatted for 20 minutes and she told me she was going to leave it on for 20 minutes to develop (it only takes 20 minutes and it had already been on for that amount of time). 50 minutes later the nurse comes back in after injecting multiple other people (great way to limit Covid exposure hopping from room to room). I have had injectables for many years now and not once has it ever come close to being that painful. I almost had to tap out. I’d say this is due from the extensive wait times with the cream on. Even the Botox was agonising.
To top it off the botox never fully stopped movement in my face all while I received as many units in that area as possible. I was still able to half frown. My lips turned out ok. Will not be returning and I encourage others to reconsider this establishment for filler/botox.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say Lo is amazing, my skin has never felt better and so clear, (I’m 44) she knows her stuff, I highly recommend Lo to anyone needing facial treatments. Can’t wait for my next treatment!

What an amazing clinic I cannot reccomned this place highly enough! From my first ph call all staff have been amazing friendly and helpful! I did a lot of research before choosing a.clinic to treat my pigmentation melasma and so happy I choose skin notion! I had the lovely Georgina look after me at my first consult she was warm friendly informative knowledgable and honest her service was amazing and continued at every visit! She gave me the Dermamelantreatment and the result have been astounding look at pics below last ok in 6 months later and still keeping the pigmentation away!! She guided me through the process and helped me every step of the way! The treatment is not for the faint hearted a lot of down time but totally worth it!! Can't wait to go back to the clinic and see Georgina she is the best of the best!!!

Was extremely disappointed with my experience here. Called ahead the day before to ensure they perform the procedure I needed, the receptionist confirmed they did and booked me in for an appointment at night. Got there only to be put in a room by myself for 45 minutes. Finally after waiting for what felt liek ages, rhe doctor told me that they cannot do what I needed and referred me somewhere else.
No sincere apologies were made at all.

Lovely and friendly staff... I have been getting my laser hair removal here and has been 100% successful. I also can't thank Dr Nguyen enough for removing my skin tags that other doctors found too difficult to remove..

Skinnotion team is amazing and the doctor is very professional and trust worthy. He is very busy, waiting to see him is worth it. I always make sure i have extra time incase i need to wait. The nurses are very professional, nurse Lo is one of the best nurses I have ever met. She's always happy to help with a big smile on her face. I left the clinic wishing there are more people like her around.
